1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Task Pro mobile application or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. About Task Pro

Task Pro is a task-based mobile application that allows users to participate in quizzes, simple activities, and third-party promotional offers to earn Biton, a virtual in-app currency used only within the application.

3. Account Registration & Access

You may sign in using Google or access the app as a guest.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
All activities performed through your account are your responsibility.

4. Virtual Currency (Biton)

Important Disclaimer

Biton is a virtual in-app currency only
It has no real-world monetary value
It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
It cannot be used outside the Task Pro application
It is used solely to unlock in-app digital content and features

5. User Conduct & Fair Use

By using Task Pro, you agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or modified applications
Create multiple or fake accounts to manipulate tasks or rewards
Exploit bugs, loopholes, or unintended features
Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without prior notice.

6. Advertisements & Offerwall Services

Task Pro may display advertisements and promotional offers provided by third-party partners, including but not limited to:

Google AdMob
Meta (Facebook) Audience Network
Offerwall partners such as AdGate Media

Completion of third-party offers is subject to partner validation systems. Task Pro does not guarantee rewards for incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent activity.

7. Data Deletion

Users may delete their app data at any time by navigating to the Profile section and selecting Delete Data. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within Task Pro, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Task Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Task Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
